Today did we find out AFTER we arrived, that our 2:00 p.m. and 3:15 p.m. groups cancelled - due to bad weather! The weather hasn't arrived yet, but we did have fun sending a family reunion down the zip line at 1:00 p.m. Unfortunately, they were lousy tippers!
Which led to an interesting staff discussion - how do you let people know graciously without sounding like your begging - that tips are what keep the staff going? Any thoughts . . .
