I had my first physical therapy appointment today (following my total knee replacement on Tuesday). Mark gave me permission to use the cane in the house, but I'm still doing the walker outside. He measured my ability to bend my knee, hoping for 80 degrees. I gave him 90 degrees and he told me to be careful not to overdo it! Once again, I'm ahead on the road to recovery! To God be the glory!
