Today, I received two small gifts.
Gift one came as I was driving home from the grocery story. At my one stop sign in Apple Valley, I saw a couple walking a dog. They looked vaguely familiar. Then I realized it was Jay, my first Bible study leader in college, and his wife, Deb, walking their dog, Diesel. I put the window down, we talked a bit and I smiled the rest of the way home.
When I got home I found a text from my friend, Rachel. I had done something for her and she just wanted to say thanks. A thank you is always a gift!
